January Yoga Retreat Tulum Mexico

Our Yoga Foundations for Midlife Wellness Retreat includes your accommodations from Saturday, January 26 to Saturday, February 2, and three delicious meals per day, beginning with dinner the day of arrival.

Retreat leader, Dona, offers a daily morning meditation walk, teaches a morning yoga foundations class, and leads a late afternoon restorative yoga and meditation class. One afternoon session will include a Tibetan sound bowl mediation.

Two excursions are included in your retreat: one to Aktun Chen Caverns and Xunaan-Ha Cenote, and one to the world-renowned Sian Ka’an Biosphere reserve.

Spa treatments are available, and are not included in retreat cost.

Airfare, ground transportation ($40/pp each way) and tips ($12/per person/day recommended) are not included.

Travel Logistics

Arrive at Cancun Airport (CUN) on Saturday, January 26. Maya Tulum Resort will have van transportation for retreat participants. Please use the link below to reserve your shuttle seat. Transportation cost is $40/ per person each way, and a tip for the driver is customary.


Airfare, spa treatments, and tips are not included in retreat fee. A $12/per person per day service fee is due to the resort on our last day - this supports the wonderful people who serve our meals and keep our cabanas clean.

Dona has been sharing the practice of yoga with students of all ages for over a decade.  She brings a caring and practical approach to help start your yoga journey. In addition to Yoga Alliance certification, she has pursued multiple teacher trainings to hone her teaching skills.
